    H So...is fuki no tou like udon? Or is it more like spaghetti? I've never had them :O

    Felice @Haruka, The pasta I made myself ;) Fukinotou is a plant that pops up in the spring in Japan (one of the 山菜 sansai veggies). It's usually served as tempura or sometimes sauteed w/ miso.
