Felice said: "Really nice flavor! I forgot to mix in the flour so they were too soft to fry in the pan... Almost had a cooking disaster but I managed to save them ;) It seems like maybe 1-2 minutes doesn't cook the center though so I fried them longer. Maybe try the oven next time. These were excellent served inside pita bread!"

    Ruxandra They look really good! :D Flour is very, very important in veggie patties of any kind. That's how you adjust their texture. You can also use breadcrumbs instead of flour.
