Ooh, I'm jealous! Purple daikon have such beautiful color, pickling is beautiful way to highlight it, I'm sure she'll love it!

Wow what a pretty color! It'll look so nice one the table! So cool that you grew your own daikon :D
The color of the daikon was lavender before I pickled it! I think its kinda neat that it turned hot pink when pickled!
