Ayumi said: "I made zucchini pasta by manually cutting it into thin strips so it was kinda hard but this is such a nice and yummy low-carb dish! The zucchini absorbs lemon juice and gives a nice kick along with the red pepper flakes. I like how breadcrumbs adds good texture to it!"
