Felice said: "Second time to make this recipe - This time I added a tablespoon of chili bean paste (as opposed to 2 tsp) and a little extra Sichuan peppercorn and it was the perfect amount of fire! Want to try with freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns instead of pre-ground next time. This is my favorite mapo-tofu so far!"
