Jennifer said: "I love nam tok, so I tried your recipe! It was really easy and had lots of flavor (mixed in some tomatoes too)! I used spearmint but it seemed kind of too strong? Is there a certain kind of mint you use?"

  • Sherri Jane Engel-Pengjad

Sherri I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe! I use just regular mint leaves, which I find at the grocery store usually in the area where the specialty herbs are. I've never tried spearmint, but I'm sure it does have a different flavor.

Jennifer Hmm, my store only had spearmint so thought it would be okay to use (it seemed kind of 'spicy'?). Maybe I just put in too much, haha.
