Felice said: "I tried this with potato starch (katakuriko) instead of tapioca starch and it seemed to work great! The texture was moist and chewy on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. Very nice! I used a mild red cheddar but I think a bolder cheese would make these even better! Thanks for this :D"
HNever knew katakuriko can replace tapioca starch!
