Balvig said: "I didn't have much white flour so ended up using a lot of rye wheat, which actually came out pretty well! Maybe because of that I had to dig away at it with a knife a bit to create the pocket but it still worked out in the end :)"

    Felice Rye pita sounds super tasty!! I want to try it! Hmm, those pockets can be a little temperamental it seems... my best guess is the oven temp!
