Romantic Nights of Pad Thai | Pad Thai Recipe

Felice said: "I have to say, the Pad Thai noodles are pretty hard to get right! I ended up soaking mine too long and they got a little mushy, then I sauteed too long so they stuck to the pan. Still, it tasted great because the sauce saved the day ;) I couldn't find tamarind pulp so had to use the paste, which seemed to make the sauce really dark? I cut back the sugar to make the sauce much less sweeter - I love how you can adjust the taste when you make Pad Thai at home! Thanks so much for sharing! I'm going to try this again so I can 'practice' my noodle frying skills ;)"

Sherri I love your picture! I know what you mean about the noodles! It took me many noodle mess-ups before I got the hang of it, so don't give up! I wish I could try yours!

Sherri Yes! I think I cried the first time I made it cuz the noodles turned out so horribly! But now I think it's easy! So yes, with practice, it gets better!
