Spicy Cumin Pork

Miles said: "Prepared the pork yesterday and left to marinade in the fridge overnight, and made it today. Very simple and very delicious. I may have overdone the chilli flakes as it had quite a kick. I also served in a wrap with lettuce, tomato, garlic, green pepper and a splash of balsamic. Managed to make enough for 4 people with the above recipe. Will definitely make this again!"
