This is actually such a healthy recipe to eat lots of veggies and also get some protein without the hassle of making egg rolls. I substituted chopped chicken breast for the ground meat so it turned out even healthier :) This may look like just plain vegetable&meat stir fry in picture but all the condiments (rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce etc.) makes it more complex and tasty than it looks! :P"
