    Southern fried pork chops? wooo. I have never eaten it but sounds awesome!!!
    hehe.By the way, Some Japanese people use PONZU(citrus juice with soy sauce) as a Tonkatsu dipping sauce. It's yum too!

    Charles oops, sorry i forgot :( ... pretty sure it had ketchup, worchestshire, and some various seasonings. Next time I'll keep track of what i throw in the mixing bowl :DPONZU sounds really good, I'll give that a try!

    Da my sister loves Sauce which mixed mayo and soy sauce for Tonkatsu. I guess any sauce would be fine with Tonkatsu!!!
